Joining The Motor Caravanners' Club offers you a nationwide network of both local and special interest groups organising regular meets at places of interest, country parks, fairs, village functions, and various other locations throughout the country, as well as Holiday rallies and Foreign tours. Members may attend meets of any group and booking is not normally necessary. All members are welcome.
Non Members are able to join at a Rally.
If you go along to a Rally tell the Rally Host you wish to join and they will do the rest.
Why not print out a Joining form and take it along with your chosen method of payment. You will be made very Welcome.
We are open to owners of Motor Caravans be they factory built or private conversions.
At present our specialised groups are:
The Selected European Rallies Group (Member of the FICM)
Photographic Group, Spanish Rallying Group and Country and Western Group.
Discounts at Club Meets booked at commercial exhibitions and shows. Various items of Insignia are available, these include a wide range of Club Badges, Pennants, etc. |

The Membership subscription fee is £27.50* and the joining fee is £5.00*.
Payment can be made by Cheque, Postal Order, Credit / Debit Card or by Direct Debit.
If payment is made by Direct Debit.

Membership of
THE MOTOR CARAVANNERS' CLUB
covers the applicant (Full Member),
a nominated family member, who must live at the
same address as the applicant and be over the age
of 18, and his/her children who are under the age
of 18. Membership is valid for 12 months and runs
from the first day of the month of joining. Membership is only
available to owners of Motor Caravans, whether factory or privately converted. Potential Motor
Caravan purchasers should contact the Club Office
for Membership. |
Member's Undertaking
I hereby undertake to contribute to the assets of
the Association in the event of its being wound up
while I am a member or within one year after I
cease to be a member, for payments of debts and liabilities of the Association contracted before I
ceased to be a member and the costs, charges and expenses of winding up, and for the adjustments of
rights of contributories among themselves such
amount as may be required not exceeding TWO POUNDS; to pay to the Association during my membership such entrance fees and annual or life subscriptions as the
Council shall from time to time prescribe; and to be bound by the Articles of Association and the regulations made by the Council there under. |

Magazine
The club publishes a professional illustrated monthly magazine, Motor Caravanner, issued free to members. It contains articles and correspondence of interest to Motor Caravanners with road tests, travel reports, technical and news items as well as trade announcements and adverts. Details of group activities are in Club Diary and Group News. Members' get free adverts in Members' Bazaar.
Sites & Touring Guide
Regularly updated by our magazine printers, the new edition includes over 500 sites and Club CL's current at the time of publication.
The Motor Caravanners' Club - The Official Home Conversion Guide provides much detail you will find invaluable for a DIY Conversion.
FICC Camping Card International
Membership also allows you to obtain the FICC Camping Card International provided by the Club for a small fee and is proof to all site operators abroad that the holder and their family are covered by insurance in excess of a million pounds against third party risks. Only four other British Clubs are authorised to issue the Camping Card International to their members. This is an important facility when traveling abroad.
Touring Advice Service
Advice can be given on touring with a motorcaravan in the British Isles and in Europe. We can also supply you with details of routes, campsites, places of interest and essential requirements.
Breakdown and Recovery
The Club operates its own Breakdown and Recovery scheme in conjunction with a major recovery operator. An 8m limit on length and that the motor caravan must be a recognised conversion. For a small extra charge, members' cars can be put on the same policy. This policy may be subject to age limitations.
Additional benefits include legal defence, help following theft or vandalism, relief driver and help if you have windscreen or tyre problems. |
